Each set contains seven Chakra Stones (between 2 & 3 centimeters long) in a muslin bag. A leaflet is also enclosed, the front showing the site of each Chakra and the back showing the name of each Chakra, the colour associated with it and the stone enclosed in the bag for that Chakra.

To cleanse the crystals you can place them under cold, running water, immerse in salt water, place them in sunlight or moonlight or smudge it with white sage or other herbs.
